Completed in 2021, Sherborne Place consists of 232 units in Ladywood - one of Birmingham’s fast emerging neighbourhoods. At the time of our appointment, it was a poorly designed, under performing asset with high vacancy rates. We redesigned the interiors, recruited and trained a new community team and transformed the commercial performance of this canal-side asset.
