Reading, UK: Native Residential, one of the UK’s fastest growing build-to-rent operators, has commenced viewings for Ebb & Flow, a duo of high specification apartment buildings offering the best in contemporary urban living.

Aimed at young professionals and families, these fine-tuned apartments – from studios through to three-bedroom apartments - include only the highest-quality furnishings and appliances.

Ebb & Flow’s urban apartments offer bright, airy living spaces, with plenty of areas to entertain or enjoy city life without the feeling of being in the heart of the bustle. 85% of the apartments are fully furnished but unlike most BTR developments, tenants will have the freedom to decorate and customise the apartments to their liking, with the approval of the building manager. The apartments are pet friendly, unlike typical rental accommodations.

Vawdrey House were the appointed design team responsible for the development’s interiors as well as the key furniture supplier, providing the majority of living, dining and bedroom furnishings. All commissioned furniture has been designed and manufactured in the UK.

The living spaces have been designed with a design-savvy audience in mind, featuring spacious kitchens, double height ceilings and easy ‘style to taste’ furniture. The kitchen area is offered in either a dark or light format, with soft close doors, minimalist cabinets and marble-inspired worktops. Each kitchen has been fitted with a full-size fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, glass hob and oven. Living spaces have also been fitted with a washer/dryer, hidden away in a tidy utility cupboard. All appliances have been supplied by Beko, a leading kitchen appliance brand with sustainability and efficiency at the forefront of its product range.

The bedrooms are equipped with plenty of storage space and a large wardrobe area, with access to the ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms are carpeted. All apartments, other than the three-bed option, are fitted with an en-suite in every bedroom (the three-bed apartment still benefits from two bathrooms). The bathrooms are all fitted with a full-size bath and luxurious waterfall showers, controlled by an easy-to-use wall panel.

All energy consumed within Ebb & Flow is 100% renewable. Appliances specified for the apartments meet the efficiency standards expected by Native Residential. The building is fitted with an air filtration system, which extracts moisture from the air and regulates temperature, cutting costs of air conditioning and heating. Considering the building is situated within a busy part of Reading, the building walls have been soundproofed, allowing the customer to live in complete tranquillity. This cuts down on any noise pollution that would typically put potential tenants off choosing to live in the heart of a bustling town or city.

Native Residential is committed to providing tenants with a sense of community within the building, installing public parks and shared spaces within the development. All tenants will have access to these areas as part of their monthly rent. The on-site maintenance team will be accessible for all tenants and 24-hour reception desk security and concierge will ensure building safety at all times.

‘Ebb’, the first block of apartments to be available, will be ready for tenants to move in from 1st August 2023. ‘Flow’, the second development, will be available from December 2023.
