We actively manage Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules, compliance activities and risk assessment actions through market-leading software in the Riskwise portal.

 

By leveraging technology, we can continuously monitor and mitigate potential safety concerns and maintain compliance with industry standards. Our building safety manager oversees all aspects of safety across our portfolio, conducts regular inspections, and addresses any potential hazards promptly.
